An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Progressor to join a dynamic and growing property company based in Kensington. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in lettings administration, looking to take ownership of tenancy progression in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Manage the end-to-end tenancy process, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Arrange tenancy agreements, deposits, inventories, check-ins, and renewals
Liaise with agents and clients to ensure a smooth move-in process
Stay up to date with lettings legislation and AML regulations
Provide support and guidance to agents on tenancy progression
What We're Looking For:
Minimum two years’ experience in lettings administration
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Experience with Goodlord is a plus but not essential
