Elevate Projects are working in partnership with a valued client to appoint a Tenancy Specialist Team Leader. This role is based in London, on a temporary contract offering hybrid working.

A Tenancy Specialist Team Leader will:

- Supervising a team of five tenancy specialist, who deal with ASB case work.

- Support and advise the guidance team

- Responsible for coaching the team and their performance

- Multi agency working

- Working with the courts and court user groups.

Experience and knowledge required:

- Significant experience of achieving successful outcomes in managing ASB.

- Experience and understanding of legal proceedings and presenting court cases

- Experienced in leading a team

- A good understanding of practice in managing tenancy fraud and key legislation

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of best practice of ASB
