Job Overview:

We are looking for driven, money-motivated sales professionals with a passion for helping customers and closing deals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your success is rewarded? If so, we want YOU to join our high-performing Insurance Sales Team!

OTE for the role is £33,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling insurance policies directly to customers via inbound & outbound calls.
• Maximizing every sales opportunity to meet & exceed targets.
• Building strong relationships with customers & understanding their needs.
• Renewing policies & retaining business – Your impact matters!
• Working with a high-energy team in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven sales experience – you love hitting (and smashing!) targets.
• Confident communicator & influencer – you know how to close deals!
• Resilient, self-motivated & results-driven – winners thrive here!
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Experience in outbound sales, call centre, or telesales is a plus!
