Territory Business Development Manager  | International Tech Company | €35,000 + €10,000

Pearson Carter are working with a renowned Fintech Company who are looking for a Business Development Manager to bring on European clients across a variety of countries.

This is a small team that they are looking to expand, as they take their fast-selling Financial Product global.

This client has a lot of exciting new projects and offer a quick progression path to Senior.

Experience

  • A proven track record of meeting sales objectives and providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to engage with blue-chip customers and build relationships with C-level management.
  • An eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • A basic knowledge of banking, regulatory compliance, AML, financial fraud, responsible gambling, and KYC.
  • A tertiary level degree or equivalent experience in relevant sectors.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary up to €35,000 + €10,000 Bonus
