Join Gekko and become a key driver for one of our global consumer tech brands as a Territory Sales Manager! We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented leader to champion sales, product understanding, and brand enthusiasm across a region within the Republic of Ireland.

Your Package:

  • A salary of €37,220 plus a 12% bonus and car allowance.
  • A 12 month contract working Tuesday-Saturday.
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays + buy & sell holiday options.

Your Role:

  • Cultivate strong relationships across all levels of retail partners, from management to sales advisors, to boost product knowledge, brand advocacy, and sales across various product lines.
  • Collaborate with retailers to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions that drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate the customer journey and overall brand experience.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for individuals and groups across multiple product categories.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience gained within technology, mobile, or premium retail.
  • Proven ability to understand and improve the sales process through effective product training for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical skills to manage sales data and targets, with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Strong influencing, communication and relationship-building skills at a senior level to develop and implement clear market strategies that support sales.
  • Full driving license.

This field-based, 12-month contract covers a region within the Republic of Ireland. The ideal candidate will be based in Galway or Limerick, with the flexibility for additional travel as needed.
