Test Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Test Analyst to join the Enterprise Application team at Stannah.

The Test Analyst job will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of multiple systems, including ERP, mobile applications, and Integration projects, by utilising both manual and automated testing methods.

This job is critical in providing the Stannah Group with robust systems that meet business requirements and support the achievement of our business objectives during an exciting period of transformation.

To be successful in this Test Analyst job you will have proven experience in a Test Analyst job and experience with manual and automated testing methods.

This is a hybrid job, candidates must live within a commutable distance to our Head Office, in Andover.

Test Analyst Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to ensure the quality of ERP applications, mobile applications, and integration projects.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and design test plans.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not adversely affected by new updates or features.
• Analyse test results, identify issues, and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
• Ensure functional readiness of updates or features before they are released.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all testing activities.

Test Analyst Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual and automated testing
• Familiarity with Leapworks, Practitest, IFS ERP, and JIRA
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Agile methodology experience preferred; ISTQB certification is a plus
• Knowledge of IFS ERP software and JIRA is desirable
