The Redline Group have an exciting new opportunity for a Test Development Engineer to join their site in the Scottish Borders.

A global high-technology Product Design and Manufacturing Specialist are looking for a Test Development Engineer to join their team in the Scottish Borders. Our client is a global industry leader in the design, development, and manufacture of cutting-edge electronics technology for a range of international customers across medical, industrial, communication, defence, aerospace and cyber security sectors.

For this role you will be responsible for creating high quality engineering and product concepts, as well as developing testing systems and fixtures for customer requirements.

Key skills/experience required for this Test Development Engineer, based in the Scottish Borders:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- Experience in designing test cases and test framework

- Proficient in C++ and Labview programming languages

- Experience of managing design documentation

- Experience in test designs for validation and verification activities

- Ability to provide valuable input to design engineers and actively participate in test design group meetings
