This is a great opportunity for an experienced Test Engineer to join our clients team! This is a very diverse role so if you have previous experience as a Test Engineer, an open mind, and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing industry, then this could be the role for you!

Duties include:

• Performing advanced test setups of both software and hardware and ensuring they meet requirements
• Creating and editing a variety of test programs, as well as debugging them
• Monitoring tests and interventions to capture data and report any faults
• Calibration and fault finding of test facility
• Set up and carry out maintenance on instrumentation
• Any other duties required

The successful candidate will have / be:

• An engineering qualification or experience in an engineering field
• A strong understanding of engine functions and then functionality of fuel injection systems
• Able to carry out calibration and machine commissioning
• The ability to program test equipment (National Instruments / AVL Puma) – this is desirable, not essential
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate – MS Office
