Test Manager – AI - Pharma - £575 pd Outside IR35

Our globally recognised pharmaceutical client now requires a talented Test manager to lead teams to deliver AI-Enabled helpdesk testing projects for their internal customers. 

The AI-Enabled Helpdesk project looks to deliver a Unified Service Experience through the implementation of a bespoke AI Helpdesk system alongside ServiceNow and their enterprise platform landscape.

The Test Manager will have extensive experience in IT delivery, managing large scale testing portfolios, strong experience of multiple SDLC methodologies, and a deep knowledge of ServiceNow.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a Test Manager or Test Delivery Lead role.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in IT delivery and experience of managing large scale testing portfolios.
  • Proven ServiceNow experience.
  • Experience in growing, managing testing projects (Testing as a Service).
  • Experience of testing Help Desk implementations highly advantageous.
  • Experience in non-functional testing.
  • Background of working in the pharmaceutical industry or with enterprise regulatory bodies.
  • Any exposure to AI / AI-Enabled Helpdesk technologies is a plus.
Overview:
  • Up to £575 p.d. Outside IR35
  • Initial 6 month contract
  • Hybrid: 2 - 3 days onsite
  • Macclesfield or Luton offices available
