Test & Release Manager with a background in UAT testing and experience managing between 5-7 releases per week is sought by a leading financial services organisation based North Birmingham.

With a legacy upgrade program in full swing this Test & Release Manager will play a lead role in managing the daily release schedule working closely with in the in-house development team and third party software vendors to ensure release readiness & viability plus UAT acceptance.

This role would suit an existing Test & Release Manager with a proven track record of managing numerous software & system releases per day (up to seven per week) ideally gained working in regulated environments with a real passion for progression and self improvement.

This Test & Release based near Birmingham should have most of the following key skills:

- Proven capabilities managing complex system/ software releases
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- A background in UAT testing
- Experience tracking & reporting software changes
- understanding of the Software development lifecycle
- team leadership skills

This Test & Release Manager will receive

- Starting salary of up to £60,000
- Work from home for 3-4 days a week
