Technicians - full time & part time roles available

Test / Laboratory Technicians required to join a busy organization with head offices based in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

These are permanent positions, working either on a full-time or part-time basis. The Technicians will join a small team undertaking physical testing of products to International and European standards in a fast-turnaround environment.

The successful candidates will be involved in operating test equipment, recording results, preparing test samples prior to testing and maintaining storage of samples.

The job holder may also be required to assist with customers during visits and seminars.

Applications are invited from candidates with the following skills and attributes:

• GCSEs including Maths, English and Science
• A methodical approach to work and good multi-tasking skills
• A meticulous eye for detail, good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and also within a team
• Flexibility and a 'can do’ attitude
• Good communication and computer skills
• Experience of working in a test laboratory or ISO 17025 environment would be desirable
