The Priory Hospital Glasgow is Scotland's leading independent Acute Psychiatric Hospital.  We have a range of services including General Adult Psychiatry, Addictions and Eating Disorders.

This role will involve a high level of administrative support, data entry and mailbox management. The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced using and updating various IT systems. The role will involve speaking to patient’s on the phone so candidates must be confident and empathetic whilst dealing with people who may be distressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high levels of efficiency and accuracy whilst carrying out therapy service administration.
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Effective communication: capable of engaging and collaborating with all levels of clinical staff within the hospital.
  • Successful candidate will be responsible for out-patient billing, supporting the therapy team with our Registration System, Priory Together, waiting list management and the processing invoices.
  • Successful candidate will have good IT skills and a good eye for detail.
