Our client, a well-established talent management company with a focus on live entertainment, is seeking a Ticketing & Data Analyst who can provide competent oversight of ticketing and sales reports for the company’s shows.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing detailed insight and analysis of data pertaining to performance to inform marketing campaigns.
• Working with marketing, press, management, and live division with a focus on revenue management and ticketing inventory.
• Collaborating with the marketing team with regards to CRM, centralising customer collection and ensuring GDPR-compliant email data capture, management, and reporting.
• Working across intricate datasets to analyse, detect, examine, and decode trends.
• Presenting information gathered from data analysis to key stakeholders.
• Researching and testing new ways to make use of data.
• Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient.
• Collating and populating sales figures and reports with meaningful insights and analysis.
• Gathering data across various areas of the business to include live tours, events, productions for external use and working with external patterns to achieve maximum sales.
• Working closely with venues and live bookers to ensure sales are effectively communicated.
• Handling reporting/ticketing issues and escalate matters where needed.
• Managing mailing list across marketing platforms.
Requirements:


•Willingness to work in the office full-time to foster good collaboration across tasks.

• Genuine enthusiasm for comedy and live entertainment.
• Understanding of the live ticketing landscape in the UK.
• Previous experience working in Live Entertainment ticketing or sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of data visualisation software, e.g. Tableau and Power BI advantageous.
• Skilled data analysis and Excel abilities.
• Thorough understanding of CRM email marketing platforms.
• Proven customer relationship management lead experience.
• Experience with GDPR.
• Able to work without supervision with relation to data analysis tasks.
• Good multi-tasking skills, able to balance reports and projects.
