Sales Executive required to join our established client to drive sales, building and maintain client relationships. This position is paying an annual salary between £35,000 - £55,000 depending on sales and industry experience.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on product selection
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend industry events and trade shows

Benefits:

  • £35,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Experience required:

  • Previous business development experience
  • Experience in the timber, lumber industry, trade counter, building supplies or similar is highly desirable
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
