With a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, we’re expanding our expert team and seeking a skilled Toolmaker to support our manufacturing operations.

As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for manufacturing, maintaining, and repairing tooling and fixtures used in the production of precision aerospace components. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a high-standards, engineering-focused environment.

Job Description
  • Manufacture and repair jigs, fixtures, and tools to tight tolerances
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • Operate manual and CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding, etc.)
  • Ensure tooling is maintained to aerospace quality standards
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams
  • Proactively identify improvements to tooling processes

Qualifications/ Experience
  • Proven experience as a Toolmaker in a manufacturing environment (ideally aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering)
  • Strong manual machining skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Apprenticeship-trained or equivalent engineering qualification desirable
