Are you ready to make a difference in the world? Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a talented and experienced Toolroom Supervisor to join their team in Clitheroe. As a Toolroom Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the CMF Toolroom area and Production Equipment. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CMF Toolroom area and Production Equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor and update department metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage shift admin activities, including time reporting, training records, and consumable replenishment.
  • Coach and support the team in resolving technical and behavioural issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and promote personal development within the team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for team members regarding quality and operational issues.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in a toolroom or engineering environment.
  • Strong background in Toolmaking and deep drawing techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of engineering and machining disciplines.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams and adapt to changing demands.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive to understand and influence key goals and improvement strategies.
  • Willingness to work shifts, with a base salary and a shift premium of 25%.
