Your Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial team. You will thrive in a supportive learning environment that encourages personal growth and career progression.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, maintaining, and processing financial and project transactions.
• analysing project costs and preparing monthly cost reports with insightful commentary.
• Conducting site visits for inspections.
• Collaborating with construction teams, clients, and professionals at all levels.
• Valuing completed work and managing payment applications.
• utilising systems and processes for effective commercial performance measurement.
• Assisting in delivering accurate, real-time monthly reports (Cost Value Reconciliations) and forecasts.
• Attending meetings with Site Teams, Clients, Suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
• Supporting the Commercial and Sales team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.

What is required from you:

• HNC / BSc Qualifications (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or construction related discipline
• Good understanding of contract law

• Transitional construction experience and good knowledge of highways preferred
• NEC 3 / 4 contract experience desired
• Experience of producing reports on a monthly basis
• 3 years' experience within the construction or highways industry
• Full UK driving licence
