• Managing and delivering a variety of planning applications across both public and private sectors.
• Providing professional planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Liaising with developers, architects, and other planning professionals to ensure timely project delivery.
• Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and reports.
• Ensuring that all projects comply with relevant planning policies, legislation, and regulations.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Town Planning (or related discipline).
• Full or Associate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) (or working towards).
• Previous experience in a planning role, ideally within a consultancy or local authority setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of planning legislation and policies, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
