Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing multi-disciplinary consultancy of Town Planning, Socio-Economic, Heritage, Master-Planning, Design, and Architectural specialists in the expansion of their Sheffield based team!

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from urban regeneration schemes to strategic planning initiatives, including identifying new development opportunities and delivering major residential and mixed-use urban extensions across the UK.

Candidate Requirements:

  • RTPI accredited degree or relevant planning qualification.
  • MRTPI chartership (or working towards).
  • Previous experience in a Planning role, ideally within local government, consultancy, or development industry, with a record of key involvement in the application process.
  • Previous experience in strategic planning / land ideal.
  • Excellent writing skills and eye for detail.
  • Driven, committed, and enthusiastic team player.
