We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Vertu Toyota Loughborough.

The main duties of this role are:

  • To take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels.
  • To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
  • To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
  • To ensure that the manufacturers standards are adhered to.
  • To maintain a safe working environment, meeting a high standard of presentation.
  • To drive colleague engagement, by coaching and leading a team of high performing individuals.
  • To ensure first class interdepartmental communication.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and able to demonstrate a successful track record within the role. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus will be to lead a team to deliver performance, through increasing efficiency and profitability, whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and have a great character, attitude, energy drive and talent. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
