Trade Counter Assistant

Outskirts of Swindon

Full Time - 8am - 4pm

Permanent

Salary Negotiable Depending on Experience

Our client is currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Assistant who is also able to provide installation support to their growing window, door and conservatory business on the outskirts of Swindon.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receiving deliveries of windows, doors, and conservatories
  • Preparing stock for installers daily and assisting with loading their vans
  • Maintaining inventory records
  • Keeping the depot organized and clean
  • Assisting in unloading and recycling waste from fitters' vans
  • Assisting with the trade counter: answering calls, and handling inquiries

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:

  • Self-motivated.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with own transport is required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior industry experience required
  • This role involves physical tasks such as manual handling and office-based duties as well.
