Dawn Ellmore Employment are currently assisting a highly reputable firm with their search for a qualified Trade Mark Attorney / Solicitor to join the successful team in their London office.

The successful candidate will cover both contentious and non-contentious work, and will be working with a variety of clients. If you have experience (up to 5 years’ post qualification experience), knowledge in trade mark design filing and prosecution, can demonstrate tactical thinking with solid commercial awareness, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This would be a great fit for a team player, who can display sharp communication skills and has the capability of forming an analytical approach towards the client’s needs. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills are important to thrive in this role as well as having a flexible attitude.
