Trade Mark Paralegal/Administrator - London (With Hybrid Working)
Dawn Ellmore Employment Agency jobs

We are assisting an established IP law firm in London who are seeking a Trade Mark Paralegal/Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.

To be successful, you will need prior experience working within a Trade Mark Paralegal or Administration role and have the ability to hit the ground running with UK and EU filings. A CITMA qualification would be an advantage, although this is not essential. Additionally, you will need to possess strong attention to detail and be good at prioritising your workload and be able to work with high accuracy.

Some duties will include:

  • Preparing and filing trade mark applications (both UK &EU)
  • Handling assignments and office actions
  • Assist in monthly invoicing, client billing and cost estimates
  • Liaising with the attorneys both locally and internationally
  • Remaining up-to-date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly
  • General Trade Mark administration support

In return, an enticing starting salary and benefits package awaits! A work/life balance hybrid policy is also available - working 2 days per week in the office, 3 from home!

Dawn Ellmore Employment aims to respond to all applicants, however due to the number of applications received this is regrettably not always possible. If you have not received a response within three working days, you may assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
