Our client has a vacancy to join their trade mark team in their bustling office, based in either their South East or South West England offices. They are looking for an ambitious individual with previous working experience in trade marks, either as an administrator or paralegal, who is looking for that next step in their career.

You will initially join them as a Trade Mark Paralegal, providing full prosecution and trade mark portfolio support to the teams trade mark attorneys. Lots of client contact along with varied duties to include the filing of UK and EU trade mark applications and preparation of search reports and responding to office actions.

Depending on the individuals career aspirations, the option to train as a trade mark attorney could be a possibility at this firm, so this is a very nice and rare chance to gain a role like this. This is an opportunity not to be missed, as trainee trade mark attorney roles do not come up often, so please apply today. On offer is a rewardable starting salary as well as company benefits.

Dawn Ellmore Employment aims to respond to all applicants, however due to the number of applications received this is regrettably not always possible. If you have not received a response within three working days, you may assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
