As a Trade Mark Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal team with trade mark matters. This includes conducting research, assisting with filings, managing deadlines, and liaising with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development within the field of intellectual property law.
Responsibilities:
- Filing trademark applications
- Receiving 3rd party trademark applications that might conflict
- Trademark registration formalities
- Filing design applications
- Design registration formalities
- Instruct overseas attorneys
- Manage/maintain the IP management and renewals system
Key Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in a legal environment is advantageous
- CITMA qualification is highly desirable
