We are seeking an immediately available Trade Mark Paralegal to support our legal team. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of trade mark laws.

Description

  • Conduct comprehensive trade mark searches and analysis.
  • Manage the trade mark registration process.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents.
  • Provide support in handling trade mark oppositions and cancellations.
  • Liaise with clients and lawyers on trade mark matters.
  • Monitor and maintain a database of trade mark applications and registrations.
  • Stay updated with changes in trade mark laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to team discussions and strategy planning sessions.

Profile

A successful Trade Mark Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in law or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Trade Mark Administrator/Paralegal
  • A solid understanding of trade mark laws and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
