Job Title: Trade Mark Paralegal

Location: Remote

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

A reputable and fast-moving Intellectual Property specialist firm is looking for a Trade Mark Paralegal to join their busy and expanding team. This is your opportunity to join a highly regarded firm that has been providing their impressive client base with specialist IP services for over 50 years and continue to grow at an exciting rate.

The Opportunity:

  • Join an engaging and collegiate team of IP specialists and become an integral member of the team.
  • Provide comprehensive and professional paralegal support to the Trade Mark Attorneys in delivering trade mark services to a range of clients.
  • Assist in interacting with the various trade mark offices and the prosecution of trade marks throughout the world.
  • Benefit from the firm’s commitment to supporting their employees ongoing professional development and have the opportunity to study for relevant professional qualifications.

You will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years Experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal.
  • Hold the CITMA Paralegal Qualification
  • A desire to develop a career within intellectual property law.
  • Good IT skills including competency with all aspects of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent client care skills.
