Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Lead to join our client's expanding team. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to lead a talented group of traders and developers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage trading teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Oversee small teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Take ownership of projects, driving them from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement trading strategies, focusing on both CeFi and DeFi markets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of trading systems and strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years of experience in trading or a related field.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python; Rust experience is a plus.
- Proven experience leading trading teams and managing small teams.
- Strong understanding of both CeFi and DeFi trading environments is ideal
- Previous experience in the crypto industry is ideal, but candidates with a TradFi background will also be considered.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
