Crypto Trading Systems and Investment Strategist

Responsibilities:

1. Enhance trading systems and investment strategies through thorough research, analysis, and automation.
2. Monitor and maintain trading platforms, responding promptly to alerts and market developments.
3. Create and assess strategies that leverage both Centralized Finance (CeFi) and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) to optimize our balance sheet for improved returns.
4. Identify and evaluate investment opportunities within the DeFi and CeFi sectors.
5. Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards that detail treasury activities and performance metrics.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and trading systems.
• Experience in automation and scripting within financial contexts.
• Knowledge of DeFi and CeFi protocols and investment strategies.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficient in Python3, SQL, and Excel.
• Ability to work with Crypto Exchange APIs, including REST and WebSocket interfaces.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of Web3 and DeFi protocols, such as liquidity pools, automated market making, and Uniswap.
• Capability to utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic about cryptocurrency with a financial mindset, able to intuitively spot financial opportunities.
• Experience in building automated bots or complex applications designed for 24/7 operation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and utilizing smart contracts.
• Skills in dashboard creation and data visualization using tools like Excel, Streamlit, HTML, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
