We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Utilities clients. They are currently looking for a Trading Recharge Team Administrator to join them for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension or even a more permanent opportunity.

Overview of the Role:

NGED Trading Recharge provide contracting services for Customer owned private electricity distribution networks and specialise in the Design, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of such networks.

Reporting to the Trading Recharge Manager, the Trading Recharge Team Support will assist the team with day to day Administration tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

· Responding to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing.

· Effective communication of customer enquiries to Network Services and progressing the same enquiries to satisfactory completion for the Customer.

· Supporting Network Services Field Teams working for Trading Recharge.

· The inputting of data into the appropriate data bases and keeping up to date.

· Effective use of NGED Finance and Project Management company applications.

· To provide administration support for other Team Members as and when required.

Candidate Requirements:

You will liaise with all NGED Network Services Teams together with other parts of the business and therefore, you must be able to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing, with customers and other team members and must be able to always represent the company and the Trading Recharge Team positively.

· You must be professional, reliable, well organised, and able to work on your own as well as part of a small team.

· Must be able to work using your own initiative.

· Possession of excellent IT skills are essential and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access will be required.

Full training will be given on the Company applications used including Crown, EMU and E5.

You may need to be mobile throughout the NGED licence areas so driving licence is desired.

Location:

This is an initial on-site working role, with a requirement to work from the clients Bristol office 5 days a week.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
