  • Salary: £11.44 per hour 
  • 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday

We are seeking a Traffic Marshall to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is crucial for maintaining health and safety standards within our client's busy car park area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of traffic, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and that the car park is organised efficiently.

Day to day of the role:
  • Monitor and manage the car park to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
  • Place cones and signage to direct vehicles and pedestrians safely.
  • Ensure that drivers and pedestrians are following directional arrows and other markings correctly.
  • Conduct regular checks to maintain a safe environment for all car park users.
  • Respond to any incidents or queries from car park users in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with the security team to report any suspicious activities or safety concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • No formal qualifications required.
  • A responsible and alert individual with the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with the public.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving.
  • A commitment to health and safety standards.
