Trainee Accounts Assistant

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Accounts Assistant in a globally working and highly recognised business based in Coventry. This is an exciting position that will provide training and study support after passing probation. The business is fast-pace and high volume, the team are driven and committed and they are hoping for a candidate with a similar outlook and an eagerness to learn.

The Trainee Accounts Assistant should have a sound understanding of the Accounts function through relevant studies such as a degree or AATs. The successful candidate will be allocating large value of payments, chasing late payments, weekly monthly and reporting and stakeholder management.

Skills required:

• The Trainee Accounts Assistant should have completed, or be studying towards, relevant studies such as the AATs or a degree in Accounting & Finances/Economics
• We are ideally looking for a candidate that is immediately available or on a shorter notice period to get cracking in this role as soon as possible
• Confident communication skills are a must as the Trainee Accounts Assistant with be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Some previous experience in a similar environment would be ideal however is not essential as training can be provided
