Hayley Group Limited are looking for a Trainee Administration Assistant to join our well-established and experienced Fasteners Department in our Halesowen branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:
As our Trainee Administration Assistant, you will be helping to provide excellent service to our customers through the sale of goods across our product range. You will be required to provide an efficient response to incoming customer enquiries and orders, in turn building a rapport and credibility with our customers. This is a junior role with an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment with clear pathways to advancement.
Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
