Trainee Administrator
We are on the look for a Trainee Administrator to join a client of ours, within the Financial Services industry. This role is perfect for a school or college leaver, that wants to gain experience within the corporate world. You will receive national minimum wage as your starting salary however, the company are well-known for offering exciting progression paths.
As the Trainee Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming visitors to the office for meetings.
- Booking and arranging of meetings for the Directors and Management.
- Keeping the entrance to the office clean and tidy.
- Ensuring you look presentable on a daily basis, being the face of the office!
- Providing Administration support to any of the other teams.
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails from customers.
