Key Responsibilities:

• Processing client data onto the system
• Preparing reports
• Supporting senior members of staff
• Composing letters and sending out payments
• Handing out printings
• Filing
• Dealing with storage boxes and archiving
• Maintaining diary updates
• Arranging valuations

The Candidate:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage own workload.
• Strong team player
• Must be enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Must possess a 'can-do’ attitude.
• Have a high attention to detail.
