At Educate2Trade, we are currently hiring for a Trainee Analyst role, offering a competitive base salary of £38,800 plus commission based on trading profits. This position also includes the possibility of a Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship, if required.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with at least 6 months of trading track history in US, UK, and European markets are eligible to join our trading simulation program (this would cost £120 per month for our evaluation). Upon achieving predefined targets on
the simulation, they will be offered the Financial Analyst position with visa sponsorship if necessary.

Training for Beginners:

For individuals without prior trading experience, we provide the VTCT Level 5 Diploma in Financial Trading. This is an Ofqual-regulated qualification equivalent to a two-year foundation degree, awarding 32 RQF credits upon completion.

Course Options:

- On-Site Training: Conducted at our trading floor for £4,740 (instalment plans available).
- Online Training: Fully remote for £3,600 (instalment plans available).
- The course duration is 6 weeks.

Upon successful completion of the diploma, candidates are invited to participate in our trading simulation, free for the first 4 months, £120 per month thereafter if the target is not yet achieved. If they meet the performance targets, they will be offered the Financial Analyst role, which may include Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship.

Additional Job Support:

For those seeking external opportunities, we actively network with other financial firms. If suitable positions arise, we assist candidates by:
