Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a works provider in their search for a a Trainee Bid Writer  to work from their head office facility in Leeds. 

For the successful Trainee Bid Writer our client is offering:

  • £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
  • Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00
  • Permanent
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
  • Annual pay review

The role - Trainee Bid Writer : 

  • Responsible for taking information from project sessions to assist with structuring responses to bids and tenders
  • Attend bid meetings and review meetings for the compilation of documents and editing of responses
  • Create written content for bids and sales documentation
  • Support the senior bid writer with tender administration and deadlines 

What our client is looking for in a Trainee Bid Writer :

  • Graduate level education in writing related disciplines; English, journalism, legal, creative writing and similar - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience producing written content - DESIREABLE
  • Knowledge of the construction industry - DESIREABLE
  • Any Bid / Tender administration experience - DESIREABLE
  • MS Office Literacy - ESSENTIAL
