Job Title: Trainee Business Support          
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £19,500- £23,809 per annum
Location: Redditch (On site)

Job Description:
Are you currently leaving college and looking to step into your first role? Are you technically minded? Do you have an interest in electrical components?  We have the opportunity to join an established business in the Redditch area, you will be supporting the operations team on a daily basis with administrative duties and trouble shooting with returned/faulty products. If you are technically minded this could be the perfect opportunity to develop skills on your interests. This role would suit an individual who has an interest in electrical engineering, systems and control or trouble shooting with hardware.

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Supporting customer service team with administrative tasks such as printing, copying and preparing documentation for orders.
• Supporting with trouble shooting on returns/faulty products to establish root cause of issues.
• Feeding back product issues identified to customers/clients providing excellent customer service and providing solution/advising on aftercare.
• Ensuring workplace is safe and always following health and safety policies in place to keep the workplace safe.
• Supporting stock management, stock counting/inventory.

Key skills and experience required:

• No experience is required for this role, though experience in an admin, retail or hospitality position would be beneficial for customer service skills.
• Relevant GCSE’s/college course taken such as systems and controls, IT or electrical engineering.
• Technically minded – full training on product is provided.

 The position is full time 8:00-16:00 Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) on site at their offices in Redditch.
