Method Resourcing is a start-up tech recruitment agency based in the heart of Bristol. We're after determined and passionate trainee recruitment consultants who are excited by the opportunity to build a successful career working with some of the biggest names in tech.

Working within the Contract Team, with a focus on Contract Recruitment, you'll work in a specialist market within the tech industry. This will allow you to become a true expert in your field so that you can consult your clients and candidates with the best possible knowledge and expertise.

Whilst working alongside some of the most reputable recruiters in the UK, we will teach you the gift of the gab, so to speak, building all the skills you need to confidently understand how to build strong client relationships and to sell opportunities to contractor candidates looking for work.

The earning potential working in Contract recruitment is exponential - the more contractors you've place, the more money! In your first year, you could potentially earn up to £35k - your second year, you could be looking at triple figures…
