Trainee Customer Service Assistant

London, NW9

£22,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are at the start of your career and would like to join a progressive organisation where there are excellent career prospects then this role for a Trainee Customer Service Assistant should be on your list of jobs to apply for.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing support and assistance with all areas of sales order processing

- Managing client calls and providing information and guidance on products provided

- Dealing with sales orders received and checking up details on computer system

- Providing accurate price and delivery information and providing pro-forma invoices

- Liaising with the warehouse/despatch team and freight forwarders to arrange deliveries

- Updating customers on order sales and advising on out-of-stock lines
