Trainee DC Pensions / Employee Benefits Consultant - Harrogate

This specialist independent group pensions and benefits consultancy is currently seeking a trainee consultant to join its growing team in Harrogate.

In this role you will manage your own portfolio of defined contribution / auto enrolment pension schemes and group risk schemes under the supervision, support and direction of a senior consultant within the firm. In this role you will have lots of support to develop your skills and experience and have the opportunity for your role to develop within the business. In this role you will have administration support. The firm offers flexible working but the practice is based in Harrogate and they are ideally looking for someone who can be around the office on a daily basis when not seeing clients.

Ideally you will be looking for your next career step from a pensions or EB administration role into a consultancy role and have client contact experience and have DC pensions knowledge. Group risk knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.

Basic salary circa £40,000, bonus and benefits.
