Location: Hybrid (Split between home and the Sheffield Head Office near Meadowhall)

As a result, we are looking to expand our HR And Employment Law team and we are looking for the absolute best to join us! The Role

* Our Employment Law and HR Consultants help small and medium sized businesses across the UK get their employment law right. From drafting contracts to advising on disciplinary issues, training and development, dismissals and much more, we make sure that our clients are able to properly manage their employees to improve recruitment and retention, reduce risks and costs and focus on building their businesses.
* Through a combination of on-the-job learning, in-house training and external professional development courses we will provide the support needed to qualify as one of our Employment Law and HR Consultants over a 12-18 month period (see training programme outlined later). All you need is ambition and good communication and writing skills!
* You will be part of a small, friendly and hardworking team which has the support of a wider Group including Gillian McAteer, Head of Employment Law for Citation who regularly appears on national TV and radio commenting on the latest legal developments in our area.

The Person
We do not require you to hold a Law degree or CIPD qualification, we just ask that you have a passion for great customer care, an appetite to learn and grow your knowledge in HR And Employment Law and have strong interpersonal skills. You will also have the following:
* Tact, diplomacy, an eye for detail and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
* Display integrity and professionalism at all times
* Be self-motivated and able to work with autonomy
