Days/ Times: Monday- Friday- 9:00- 17:30 / Alternate Saturdays- 9:00- 15:00

Position Overview:

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play an important role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring a seamless process for both buyers and sellers. This entry-level position is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the property sector with a reputable and experienced Estate Agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Viewings: Conduct property viewings, effectively communicating the property's value and addressing any inquiries from potential buyers.
  • Listing and Marketing: Assist in creating compelling property listings to showcase the unique features of each property. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiation: Utilise your negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved.
  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and local competition to provide strategic insights and advice to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ambitious and Enthusiastic: A keen interest in real estate and a strong desire to build a successful career in the industry.
