PEAR - Trainee/Graduate Land Negotiator - Finchley Central

Salary - £18,000, OTE £30,000 - £40,000

Hours - 5-day week, Every other Saturday with a day off in Lieu

£3,000 Car Allowance + £1,000 petrol allowance

Our client is an award-winning, independent estate agent in North London. The company has a great reputation within the area and are looking for a Trainee/Graduate Land Negotiator to join a successful team to work in their Finchley Central branch. About the Role:

The Land Negotiator role is a newly created role. The Negotiator will be dividing their time between searching for new business opportunities using our database and following up on those leads, aiming to book a meeting and gaining an instruction. It requires a candidate who can research online independently as well as driven to approach potential clients and make a sale.

As a Land Negotiator you will also be responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers. You will be encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement, progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.

Requirements:

  • Driven to succeed.
  • Able to work independently to reach targets.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Well organised with an attention to detail.
  • Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
  • A full driving licence and have access to a car
