Trainee Systems Hotline Engineer                            

Salary: up to £25,500 (Rising to above £30,000 after completion of training within the first year)

Location: Kettering (Role becomes remote once training is completed)

We are currently recruiting for a UK leading company who are looking for a trainee systems hotline engineer to provide telephone support on aspects of the production kit to an extensive customer base. As a trainee systems hotline engineer you would need to be happy to work days initially and then move to a mixture of shifts incorportating days and nights in order to service customers 24/7 across 365 days of the year. As a trainee systems hotline engineer you will be given vast training and once you have completed an extensive year long training programme you will be eligeble to a pay rise. 

Skills acquired to be a Trainee systems hotline engineer

• The successful  trainee systems hotline engineer needs to have atleast a basic understanding of Linux Operating System. 
• The succesful trainee systems hotline engineer will need to be happy that once training is completed they will need to work a mixed shift of days and nights
• The succesful trainee systems hotline engineer needs to be happy and willing to go through extensive training. 
• The succesful trainee systems hotline engineer needs to have a UK licenece and access to a vehicle.
