Trainee Insurance Account Handler

Your new company
You will be working for a well established and highly reputable insurance firm based in Warwick. The company has gone through major growth and is busier than ever. As such, they are currently looking to invest in invest and grow their existing team.

Your new role
You will be working as part of a small team dealing with commercial and personal insurance policies. You will be required to gather information from the clients that have come through renewals, enquiries and past policies to then give insurance quotes for anything from household, motor, and company insurance policies. Quotes are generated through an insurance system but your personality and knowledge will be what secures the sale.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked in a sales or customer service role or if you have experience working, giving insurance quotes is a distinct advantage. Personality is key as this will be a client-facing role.

What you'll get in return
The company is prepared to train and develop you into an insurance executive and will invest in you completing your CII qualification, which takes two years. Once qualified, the chance of progression is guaranteed. They also offer an excellent uncapped commission package where you have the opportunity to earn way over your permanent salary. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the financial sector but has not had the opportunity.
