DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE WORK - CANDIDATES NEED TO BE 18 AND OVER - 1 SPACE AVAILABLE.

We have a unique role open for a trainee Kiln Operator who can work within a busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is a role where you learn how to correct stack products into a kiln, position bricks in the correct order and move products around using a kiln kart.

A kiln is a massive, super-hot oven that heats products which has been manufactured for the defence, automotive or aerospace sector.

It's a physical role, its manual and you can be working within a warm environment.

It's a role where you have one 2 one training for a supervisor and there will be a huge amount of health and safety to be aware off.

If you love the idea of engineering but have no experience or qualifications however you are prepared to learn then this is a great opportunity.
