We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team at Barnard Marcus. This is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

Your Role:

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, You’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion.

What We're Looking For:

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Exceptional customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must hold a Full UK driving license.
