Trainee Machine Operator - 3 Shift Pattern, immediate start, excellent salary

Our client, based in Corby, are currently recruiting for several trainee roles in their business. The roles will come with full training, but some experience within manufacturing or warehousing would be advantageous.

The role is shift based across 24 hours (one week 6-2, one week 2-10, one week nights, but is well-rewarded with an excellent shift allowance in additiont to the salary.

Main duties will include:

• To ensure the smooth running of all machinery which is being operated on the shift.
• To ensure all Health & Safety & PPE requirements are adhered to at all times.
• To maintain current best working practices.
• To report any non-conformities to the Team Leader immediately
• Using Print Machinery
• Machine setting and problem solving
• Housekeeping and maintenance of machines
• Performing regular QC check

Ideal candidates will be very hands-on and have a good eye for detail

The starting salary is excellent at £23000, plus an additional £6000 shift allowance
