Do you live in Horncastle, Louth, Woodhall Spa, Tattershall or surrounding areas? Would you like to work 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday? Think about having your weekends off to enjoy the sun in the summer.

Would you like to move up the ladder in the world of print? Have you worked within a manufacturing environment and can see yourself progressing to managing your own machine in the future? Are you just particularly good at working accurately and in a timely manner? If you have a genuine interest in the way things are made and have a willingness to learn, I need to hear from you!

You will learn from experienced operators and managers who know their craft and will teach you not only what to do but what challenges to look out for along the way. Be warned though, this industry will get under your skin, the job satisfaction and career progression will offer you a skilled trade that you can take pride in.

As well as excellent training you can look forward to free car parking and a bunch of colleagues who take a genuine pride in what they do. You will be provided with uniform and PPE so all you have to do is arrive with a great attitude ready to work.

This role would suit candidates who have worked as a machine operator / packer / warehouse operative / machine operative / general assistant / production operative however, experience in these areas are not essential to apply for the role.
